Promotion to a Non-Unit Position. When a unit employee is promoted to a non-unit position with PEF, that employee will have the right, for one year from the effective date of the non-unit appointment, to return to his or her unit position with all the rights and benefits of unit membership except as provided in Article 19(B) of this agreement.
