Promotion and Facilitation of Investment. The Parties affirm their desire to facilitate bilateral investment through, inter alia: (a) cooperating and exchanging information aimed at improving the climate for two-way investment; (b) building linkages between New Zealand and China's agencies with a view to promoting bilateral investment.
