Promise Not to Acquire Conflicting Interests. Regardless of whether Sub-recipient is designated as an FPPC Filer, Sub-recipient further warrants and represents that Sub-recipient will not acquire, obtain, or assume an economic interest during the term of this contract which would constitute a conflict of interest as prohibited by the Fair Political Practices Act.
