Projects. Supplier shall perform the Planned Projects. Customer shall update the Planned Projects on a monthly basis prior to the Commencement Date for the related Services. All Projects or changes to Projects are subject to the Change Control Procedures. New Projects shall be memorialized by the Parties using a Statement of Work. Unless otherwise specified in a Statement of Work, the Fees (if any) for a Project shall be determined in accordance with Exhibit 4, and any Deliverables in connection with such Project shall be subject to the Acceptance procedures of Exhibit 9.
