Projections from Premises. Tenant shall not install any radio or television antenna, loudspeaker or other device on the roof or the exterior walls of the Building or in any area projecting outside the interior walls of the Premises. Tenant shall not install or permit to be installed any awnings, air conditioning units or other projections, without the prior written consent of Landlord.
