Common use of PROJECT TIME PERIOD Clause in Contracts

PROJECT TIME PERIOD. The project period shall be from the date of execution by the Commission to June 30, 2025. The Commission's assistant chief engineer may, for good cause as shown by the Sponsor in writing, extend the project time period.
