Project Start Sample Clauses

The "Project Start" clause defines the official commencement date or conditions under which a project is considered to have begun. Typically, this clause specifies that the project will start on a particular date, upon the fulfillment of certain prerequisites, or after the execution of the contract. For example, it may state that work cannot begin until all necessary permits are obtained or a notice to proceed is issued. Its core practical function is to provide clarity and certainty for all parties regarding when obligations, timelines, and deliverables become effective, thereby preventing disputes about when the project officially starts.
