Common use of Project Standards Clause in Contracts

Project Standards. In performing its obligations under this Agreement, the Partner shall comply with all applicable laws and requirements (including those of Regulatory Authorities), the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the CEPI Policies (the “Project Standards”). The Partner is responsible for the management, monitoring and control of all work undertaken by or on behalf of the Partner under any Work Package and compliance with the Project Standards.
