Common use of Project Site Entry Clause in Contracts

Project Site Entry. Permittee agrees that CDFW personnel may enter the project site to verify compliance with the Agreement, provided CDFW: a) provides 24 hours advance notice; and b) allows the Permittee or representatives to participate in the inspection and/or monitoring. This condition does not apply to CDFW law enforcement personnel.

Project Site Entry. Permittee agrees that CDFW personnel may enter the project site at any time to verify compliance with the Agreement.
