Project Site Entry. Permittee agrees that CDFW personnel may enter the project site to verify compliance with the Agreement, provided CDFW: a) provides 24 hours advance notice; and b) allows the Permittee or representatives to participate in the inspection and/or monitoring. This condition does not apply to CDFW law enforcement personnel.
