Common use of Project Office Clause in Contracts

Project Office. IBM will maintain a project office under the direction of the IBM Contract Executive who will provide day-to-day management of the Steady State Services. The project office will also function as the point of contact for any EMW questions concerning Steady State Services. IBM will establish a technical team whose role will be to coordinate all aspects of the technical operations and support related to the Steady State Services. Such team will participate in the operations, change management, problem management and performance review meetings.
