Common use of Project Fee Clause in Contracts

Project Fee. In consideration for the manufacture and supply of the authorized generic Products, Indivior shall pay MSX, in addition to the Price for the authorized generic Products in accordance with Section E below, the sum of [***] dollars ($[***]) payable as follows: 1. [***] dollars ($[***]) previously paid by Indivior to MSX on May 25, 2016 upon commencement of manufacture of the authorized generic Products; and 2. [***] dollars ($[***]) upon (i) execution of this Amendment and (ii) execution of the agreement referred to in Section D below.

Project Fee. In consideration for the manufacture and supply of the authorized generic Products, Indivior shall pay MSX, in addition to the Price for the authorized generic Products in accordance with Section E below, the sum of [***] six million dollars ($[***]6,000,000) payable as follows: 1. [***] Four million dollars ($[***]4,000,000) previously paid by Indivior to MSX on May 25, 2016 upon commencement of manufacture of the authorized generic Products; and 2.
