Project Executive. As promptly as possible after the Closing Date, Hippo and the Company shall each appoint a project executive (together, the “Project Executives”) who shall have primary responsibility for administration of this Agreement and who shall serve as the primary contacts with respect to the Transition Services provided pursuant to this Agreement.
