Project Engineering Plan. Contractor shall produce a detailed project engineering plan (“Project Engineering Plan”) at NTP for review by Owner. The Project Engineering Plan will provide a summary of the plans, and execution methodologies to be used by Contractor to develop the engineering design in accordance with the Applicable Codes and Standards and the requirements of the Agreement.
