Owner Office Accommodations Sample Clauses
Owner Office Accommodations. All security, furnishings, electrical power and other temporary utilities, lighting, telephones, facsimile, and high speed internet access associated with the office accommodation below shall be provided by Contractor. This shall include the telecommunications line rentals from Notice to Proceed until thirty (30) Days after Substantial Completion of Subproject 2. International long distance calls will be reimbursed to Contractor as Reimbursable Costs. Owner will supply computers to Owner personnel. Contractor shall provide office accommodation for:
a. Up to a peak of thirty-three (33) Owner personnel at Contractor’s Houston home office, including six reserved covered parking spaces, commencing with NTP and concluding with Substantial Completion of Subproject 2.
b. Up to total forty-two (42) Owner personnel at Liquefaction Facility Site during construction activities, including reserved parking area and six covered parking spaces for Owner personnel until Substantial Completion of Subproject 2.
Owner Office Accommodations. All security, furnishings, electrical power, housekeeping services (including potable water and sewage) and other temporary utilities, lighting, telephones, facsimile, and high speed internet access associated with the office accommodation below shall be provided by Contractor. This shall include the telecommunications services from NTP until thirty (30) Days after Substantial Completion of each Project including business international long distance calls. Contractor will not supply computers, printers and vehicles to Owner personnel. Contractor will provide internet access, and viewing station to review 3D Smart Plant models. Contractor will provide 30 day notice prior to changing document management system. Owner consultants costs, staff and staff costs during engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, start-up and performance testing periods are excluded. Contractor shall provide office accommodation for:
a. Up to a peak of thirty-three (33) Owner personnel at Contractor’s Houston home office, including parking spaces, commencing with NTP and concluding with Substantial Completion of Project 3; and
b. Up to total forty-two (42) Owner personnel at Phase 2 Site during construction activities, including parking area for Owner personnel until Substantial Completion of Project 3. This is exclusive of Owner’s operations personnel who it is anticipated will be able to be accommodated in the administration building when ready for occupancy.

b. Up to total twenty (20) Owner personnel at Stage 2 Site during construction activities, including reserved parking area and two (2) covered parking spaces for Owner personnel until Substantial Completion of Subproject 4.
Owner Office Accommodations. All security, furnishings, electrical power, housekeeping services and other temporary utilities, lighting, telephones, facsimile, and high speed internet access associated with the office accommodation below shall be provided by Contractor commencing at LNTP or NTP (whichever occurs earlier), and concluding upon Substantial Completion of Subproject 3; provided, however, that item 2.3(b) below shall be provided commencing at substantial completion of Subproject 2 until Substantial Completion of Subproject 3, and telecommunications line rentals shall be provided until thirty (30) Days after Substantial Completion of Subproject 3. International long distance calls will be reimbursed to Contractor as Reimbursable Costs. Owner will supply computers to Owner personnel. Contractor shall provide office accommodation for:
a. Up to a peak of ten (10) Owner personnel at Contractor’s Houston home office, including two (2) reserved covered parking spaces.

a. Up to a peak of thirty-three (33) Owner personnel at Contractor’s Houston home office, including six (6) reserved covered parking spaces, commencing with LNTP No. 1 or NTP (whichever occurs earlier) and concluding with Substantial Completion of Subproject 6.
b. Up to total forty-two (42) Owner personnel at Stage 4 Site during construction activities, including reserved parking area and six (6) covered parking spaces for Owner personnel until Substantial Completion of Subproject 6.
