APPENDIX II TO PART 200. C&T Information Technology Consulting, Inc. (hereinafter “Contractor”) understands and acknowledges that this Agreement may be totally or partially funded with federal funds. As a condition of receiving these funds, Contractor represents that it is and will remain in compliance with all federal terms as stated below. These terms flow down to all third party contractors and their subcontracts at every tier that exceed the small purchase threshold as set by the County, unless a particular award term or condition specifically indicates otherwise. The Contractor shall require that these clauses shall be included in each covered transaction at any tier.
