Project Developments. Give prompt written notice to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ whenever the CLIENT observes or otherwise becomes aware of any material development that affects the Scope of Services, including, but not limited to the timing, price, and/or scope of ▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ services. For purposes of this Section 2.6, “prompt written notice” shall mean within two (2) business days.
