Project Description and Program. 1.01.01 The following paragraphs form a general description of the professional services required for the design and construction of new facilities. As such, it is not all inclusive and County does not represent that it is a complete inventory of the professional services necessary to achieve County's goals for the new facility. The following paragraphs represent County's minimum level of performance but do not limit the professional services that may be required during any project phase described herein.
