Project Description and Program. 1.1.1. The following paragraphs and articles form a general description of the professional services required for preconstruction services in support of the new facilities contemplated by County. As such, it is not all-inclusive and the County does not represent that it is a complete inventory of the professional services necessary to achieve the County’s goals for the new facility. The following paragraphs represent the County’s anticipated minimum level of performance for Contractor but does not limit the professional services that may be required during any project phase described herein.
