Common use of Project DCAP Clause in Contracts

Project DCAP. In addition to the requirements of clause 5.8(a), the Consultant warrants that preparation of the Consultant Material in accordance with the Project DCAP will ensure that the Consultant Material complies with the requirements of the Contract and that the Consultant otherwise discharges its obligations under the Contract.

Project DCAP. In addition to the requirements of clause 5.8(a24.9(a), the Consultant warrants that preparation of the Consultant Material in accordance with the Project DCAP will ensure that the Consultant Material complies with the requirements of the Contract and that the Consultant otherwise discharges its obligations under the Contract.
