Common use of Project Contact Clause in Contracts

Project Contact. 6.1 The Seller and the Buyer shall respectively designate a representative as project contact ("Project Contact"), and authorize such Project Contact to deal with all the equipment and service related technical issues from the effective date of this Agreement till expiration of the quality guarantee period. The Seller and the Buyer shall negotiate to determine the regular and emergency contact methods for Project Contacts. The Project Contacts shall fully cooperate with each other to resolve all the technical issues related to the equipment and service. 6.2 If required by the Buyer, the Seller shall arrange for and accompany the Buyer to inspect the work progress and equipment quality on the equipment manufacturing site, at the cost of the Seller.
