Common use of Project Consultant Clause in Contracts

Project Consultant. The individual, partnership, corporation, association, joint venture, or any combination thereof, of properly registered professional architects, engineers or other design professionals who has entered into a contract with the Owner to provide professional services pursuant to the terms of this contract or Agreement, hereinafter referred to as either Project Consultant or Consultant.
