The Project Construction Schedule clause defines the timeline and sequence for completing various phases of a construction project. Project Construction Schedule. Contractor shall develop and implement a Project Construction Schedule based upon the Critical Path Method (CPM) and the milestones established in the District’s Preliminary Construction Schedule, and reasonable input received from the Trade Contractors. Contractor shall maintain and update the Project Construction Schedule on a monthly basis for acceptance by the District, and if necessary to maintain timely progress of the work according to the Project Construction Schedule, prepare bi-weekly short interval schedules, and distribute all schedules to the District, its IOR, Architect, and other appropriate parties.

A. COORDINATION WITH UTILITY: Owner with the assistance of Contractor will be always responsible for coordinating and communicating with the utility with respect with all matters including the submission of notices and other documents in the handling and processing of comments given by the utility.

Tenant shall submit to City the Project Construction Schedule within sixty (60) days after City commences Site Development as stated in Section 8.01(D). The Project Construction Schedule shall be adjusted as appropriate to reflect any delay in construction that the parties agree is reasonable.
Project Construction Schedule. Tenant will provide to Landlord Representative an updated version of the Project Construction Schedule in Tenant reports as required by Section 8.4.4.
