Common use of Project Closeout Clause in Contracts

Project Closeout. Project closeout occurs when SANDAG notifies the Grantee that SANDAG has closed the Project, and, if applicable, either forwards the final grant funding payment and or acknowledges that the Grantee has remitted the proper refund. The Grantee agrees that Project closeout by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ does not invalidate any continuing requirements imposed by the Agreement or any unmet requirements set forth in a written notification from SANDAG.
