Project Calendar Clause Samples

The Project Calendar clause defines the official schedule of work for a project, including working days, holidays, and any periods of planned suspension. It typically outlines which days are considered standard workdays, identifies recognized holidays, and may specify any anticipated shutdowns or non-working periods. By establishing a clear timeline for when work is expected to occur, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings about deadlines and ensures all parties have a shared understanding of the project's operational timeframe.
