Common use of Project Applications Clause in Contracts

Project Applications. The Municipality must submit an application for each proposed Project to the District Administrator, on a form approved by the District Administrator. The application must be accompanied by plans, drawings, descriptions, studies, reports, schedules, costs, budgets and/or other data and information required by the Project Rules or requested by the District Administrator.
