Prohibitions on Subaward Sums. 5.7.4.1 Subrecipient shall comply with Public Law (PL) 101-121 (Title 31 United States Code Section 1352), its amendments or revisions, and any implementing regulations, prohibiting the use of Federal money to influence or attempt to influence a member of Congress, Congressional staff, or a Federal employee to award, make or amend any Federal subaward, grant, loan or cooperative agreement. Subrecipient shall also comply with all certification and disclosure requirements of PL 101-121, its amendments, revisions, and implementing regulations, and shall provide assurance that all Lower Tier Subrecipients under this Subaward also fully comply with such certification and disclosure requirements.

Prohibitions on Subaward Sums. 5.7.4.1 County and Subrecipient acknowledge that this Subaward is funded with State, County and/or local monies (i.e., there are no Federal monies provided for this Subaward). Notwithstanding this acknowledgement, County and Subrecipient agree that Subrecipient shall comply with Public Law (PL) 101-121 (Title 31 United States Code Section 1352), its amendments or revisions, and any implementing regulations as it pertains to Subaward Sums. To this end, Subrecipient is prohibited from using Subaward Sums to influence or attempt to influence a member of Congress, Congressional staff, or a Federal employee to award, make or amend any Federal subaward, grant, loan or cooperative agreement.
