Common use of PROHIBITION AGAINST REBATES Clause in Contracts

PROHIBITION AGAINST REBATES. If General Agent or any sub-agent of General Agent shall rebate or offer to rebate all or any part of a Payment on a policy or contract or certificate issued hereunder, or if General Agent or any sub-agent of General Agent shall withhold any Payment on any policy or contract or certificate issued hereunder, the same may be grounds for termination of this Agreement by Sun Life of Canada (U.S.). If General Agent or any sub-agent of General Agent shall at any time induce or endeavor to induce any owner or any policy or contract issued hereunder or any certificate holder to discontinue Payments or to relinquish any such policy or contract or certificate except under circumstances where there is reasonable grounds for believing the policy, contract or certificate is not suitable for such person, any and all compensation due General Agent hereunder shall cease and terminate.
