Common use of Prohibited Users Clause in Contracts

Prohibited Users. (a) Not to use the Demised Premises or any part thereof for any public or political meeting, public exhibition or public entertainment show or spectacle of any kind, nor for any dangerous, noisy, noxious or offensive trade, business or occupation whatsoever, nor for any illegal or immoral purpose, nor for residential or sleeping purposes; (b) Not to use the Demised Premises or any part thereof for gambling, betting, gaming or wagering, or as a betting office, or as a club, or for the sale of beer, wines and spirits, or as a public office and not to play or use any musical instrument, record player, loud speaker or similar apparatus in such a manner as to be audible outside the Demised Premises, and not to hold any auction on the Demised Premises; (c) Not to place outside the Demised Premises any articles, goods or things of any kind.
