Profeesend Referral Program Clause Samples
The Profeesend Referral Program clause establishes the terms under which individuals or entities can refer new clients or users to the Profeesend platform in exchange for rewards or incentives. Typically, this clause outlines eligibility requirements, the process for submitting referrals, and the nature of the rewards, such as monetary bonuses or service credits, that are granted upon successful referrals. By clearly defining the rules and benefits of the referral program, this clause encourages user engagement and helps expand the platform's customer base while minimizing misunderstandings about how referrals are tracked and rewarded.
Profeesend Referral Program. 3.19.1. Company offers the opportunity to earn rewards by inviting other people to make fast and secure money transfers (hereinafter referred to as “Profeesend Referral Program”).
3.19.2. You may use and benefit from the Profeesend Referral Program by sharing a unique link or by asking each person you refer to add an invitation link (log in to your personal account) within 30 days of registering with Profee via this link. For the avoidance of doubt, users cannot add the invitation link after 30 days from registration with Profee. Any marketing activities to promote referral links, including placement in paid advertising networks and platforms, must be previously approved with the Company through Customer Support. Without prior approval, links may be distributed only as a personal recommendation and only through a free advertising networks and platforms.
3.19.3. For each qualified user that came from your referral link Company pay you 10 EUR reward. No limit on the number of invitations. We’ll waive the fee on the first transfer for your invited friends if they register and transfer money within 30 days. The amount of reward will be settled to your Account within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of registration of each qualified user with Profee that came from your referral link. Please note, in case the total amount of reward under the Profeesend Referral Program within the month reach the limit set on the current Account level, then the payment of the rest part of the reward (exceeding the limit) will be made within the next period. Alternatively, you may pass a verification procedure to upgrade the account Level and increase your limit (in order to reach another account level) as described in clause 2.6.1.
