Prohibited Users. You may only use our Profeesend Referral Program in good faith for lawful purposes. We avoid to: (a) create duplicate accounts in order to invite yourself; (b) invite others that have created duplicate accounts; (c) invite existing users; (d) use alternative information to refer yourself or invite fictions people; (e) damage Profee’s brand or reputation; (g) transmit any inappropriate or unauthorized advertising through paid search or any other similar activity, including channels that could harm Profee's brand, business or reputation; (h) transmit any inappropriate or unauthorized advertising or any promotional materials via spam, satellite sites or any other marketing activity which potentially could damage our Company and/or mislead our users; (i) any other activity that violates the Privacy Policy and/ or our general Terms and Conditions.
