Common use of Prohibited Users Clause in Contracts

Prohibited Users. (a) Not to use the Demised Premises or any part thereof for any public or political meeting, public exhibition or public entertainment show or spectacle of any kind, nor for any dangerous, noisy, noxious or offensive trade, business or occupation whatsoever, nor for any illegal or immoral purpose, nor for residential or sleeping purposes;

(a) 4.15.1 Not to use the Demised Premises or any part thereof for any public or political meeting, public exhibition or public entertainment show or spectacle of any kind, nor for any dangerous, noisy, noxious or offensive trade, business or occupation whatsoever, nor for any illegal or immoral purpose, nor for residential or sleeping purposes;

(a) 4.26.1 Not to use the Demised Premises or any part thereof of them for any public or political meeting, meeting public exhibition or public entertainment show or spectacle of any kind, nor for any dangerous, noisy, noxious noisy or offensive trade, trade business manufacture or occupation whatsoever, whatsoever nor for any illegal or immoral purpose, purpose nor for residential or sleeping purposes;

(a) 3.16.1 Not to use the Demised Premises or any part thereof for any public or political meeting, meeting public exhibition or public entertainment show or spectacle of any kind, kind nor for any dangerous, noisy, dangerous noisy noxious or offensive trade, trade business or occupation whatsoever, whatsoever nor for any illegal or immoral purpose, purpose nor for residential or sleeping purposes;
