Prohibited Shift Patterns. (i) There shall be no full-time shift patterns that are exclusively night shifts. (ii) There shall be no split-shifts. (iii) Regular Full-time and Regular Part-time employees shall not be required to work more than two (2) different shifts in any cycle or block.
