PROHIBITED DISPOSAL AREAS. Purchaser shall not place organic debris in the following areas:  ▪ Within 50 feet of a cross drain culvert.  ▪ Within 100 feet of a live stream, or wetland.  ▪ On road subgrades, or excavation and embankment slopes.  ▪ On slopes greater than 4555%.  ▪ Within the operational area for cable landings where debris may shift or roll.  ▪ On locations where brush can fall into the ditch or onto the road surface.  ▪ Against State owned standing timber.

PROHIBITED DISPOSAL AREAS. Purchaser Contractor shall not place organic debris in the following areas:  Within 50 feet of a cross drain culvert.  Within 100 feet of a live stream, or wetland.  On road subgrades, or excavation and embankment slopes.  On slopes greater than 45%.  Within the operational area for cable landings where debris may shift or roll.  On locations where brush can fall into the ditch or onto the road surface.  Against standing timber.
