Common use of Prohibited Data Clause in Contracts

Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Agreement may prohibit the submission of certain types of Personal Data (such as an individual’s financial or health information) to the Services. Customer must not submit to the Services any Personal Data which is regulated by the United States Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act unless Customer has entered into a business associate agreement with Provider.
