Common use of Prohibited Bargaining Clause in Contracts

Prohibited Bargaining. In recognition of the Union's status as exclusive bargaining agent, the Employer agrees not to recognize or negotiate with any other labor organization in contravention of the Union's rights. The Employer further agrees not to enter into any agreement with another labor organization, during the life of this Agreement, with respect to the employees covered by this Agreement; and the Employer still further agrees not to enter into any contract or agreement with said employees, individually or collectively, which in any way conflicts with the terms or provisions of this Agreement.
