Common use of Prohibited and Unauthorized Use Clause in Contracts

Prohibited and Unauthorized Use. Customer shall not: a) use the Service to collect, manage or process Restricted Information; b) use the Services to email purchased lists without proper consent from the recipient; c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services; d) use the Services in a way that threatens the security, integrity, or availability of the Services, including but not limited to uploading content or files that contains viruses, malware, or malicious code and sending spam emails; e) directly or indirectly, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover or disclose to any third party the source code, object code or underlying structure, ideas, know-how or algorithms relevant to the Services; f) sell, resell, license, sublicense, distribute, rent, lease or make available the Services or Documentation to any third party; g) add any Personal Data to a sandbox environment; and h) use the Services in a manner that facilitates bias or discriminatory practices, whether intentional or inadvertent, based on sensitive or protected categories or characteristics.
