PROGRESSIVE REVIEW Clause Samples

The Progressive Review clause establishes a process for regularly evaluating the progress of a project or contractual obligations at set intervals throughout the term of the agreement. Typically, this involves scheduled meetings or reports where parties assess milestones, address any issues, and make necessary adjustments to timelines or deliverables. Its core practical function is to ensure ongoing communication and transparency, allowing for early identification and resolution of problems, thereby increasing the likelihood of successful project completion.
