Progress Updates. The Municipality shall provide MaineDOT with written progress updates upon request. If the Municipality fails to respond to repeated requests for such updates, MaineDOT reserves the right to declare the Municipality to be in default of this Agreement, as defined in the “Default and Termination” section, starting on page 9 of this Agreement.
