PROGRESS TRACKED. The company officers, or a member designated by Fire Administration, shall track the progress of each member of his/her crew. Battalion Chiefs, or a member designated by Fire Administration, shall document the progress of each Captain under their command. Information regarding performance should be noted in annual performance reviews.
