Progress Control. The parties acknowledge and agree that time is of the essence. The DEPARTMENT will provide the CONSULTANT with project and deliverable deadlines for each work order. Unless otherwise indicated in writing by the DEPARTMENT, the CONSULTANT will complete the work in accordance with these deadlines.
