Common use of Progress and Final Reports Clause in Contracts

Progress and Final Reports. Contractor shall prepare progress reports summarizing all activities conducted by Contractor to date on a schedule as provided in Exhibit A. At the conclusion of this Agreement, Contractor shall prepare a comprehensive Final Report, on a schedule as provided in Exhibit A. Title: Contractor's name shall only appear on the cover and title page of reports as follows: California Energy Commission Project Title Contractor Number By (Contractor)
