Common use of Program Term Clause in Contracts

Program Term. This Agreement shall continue until February 15, 2016 and shall automatically renew for additional two (2) year terms (each such period, a “Term”), unless either party shall give written notice to the other party at least twelve (12) months prior to the end of the scheduled expiration of such Term of its intention to terminate the Program.
