Program Term. This TPP Appendix and the authorization granted hereunder begin on the Effective Date and continue for one (1) year (the “TPP Term”). This TPP Appendix shall automatically renew upon the anniversary of the Effective Date, and shall continue in full force and effect for successive one (1) year periods unless and until terminated by either party upon written notice of termination to the other party at least thirty (30) days before the next applicable anniversary of the Effective Date.
Program Term. The JUMP Program is a month-to-month program and Your right to receive benefits afforded under JUMP is contingent upon Your continued Program Eligibility. Your participation in the JUMP Program is continuous until cancelled pursuant to Section XI.
Program Term. The Program shall begin on the first day of the first calendar month that begins [*] first Covered Aircraft is delivered by Boeing to Customer, continue for [*] consecutive years thereafter (Program Term) and consist of [*] periods beginning on the date the Program Term commences (Reporting Period(s)).
Program Term. This Agreement shall commence upon the Effective Date and continue until the close of business on January 31, 2026 (the “Initial Renewal Term”). The Agreement shall renew automatically without further action of the parties for successive one (1) year terms (each a “Renewal Term”) unless either party provides notice of termination at least one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the expiration of the Initial Renewal Term or current Renewal Term, as the case may be. The Initial Renewal Term and any subsequent Renewal Term are collectively referred to herein as the “Term”.
Program Term. The Program Term shall commence on December 15, 1997 and shall terminate, except for completion of operations which were theretofore commenced or committed, on the earlier of March 31, 2002, or the date that all of the Exploration Fund has been spent or committed. At the end of the Program Term, McMoRan shall provide Participant with a list (the _Committed List_) of the undrilled xxxxx, Prospects and farmout agreements as to which it has committed the Exploration Fund. Once such Committed List has been provided to Participant, no substitution shall be made by McMoRan without the consent of Participant.
Program Term. The term of the Program will be 10 consecutive years commencing on the first day of the calendar quarter in which the first Covered Aircraft is delivered by Boeing to Customer (Program Term).
Program Term. The “Term” of this Agreement will commence on the Execution Date or August 15, 2021, whichever is later, and will conclude concurrently with the termination of the CSEP Program (the “Program Term”). As set forth in the Proclamation, the Program Term will be effective until October 31, 2021; however, it is possible that the Program Term could be extended or earlier terminated by executive order. Customer commits to participate in the CSEP Program under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement throughout the Program Term, including any extension thereof.
Program Term. This Agreement and the Lender’s ability to participate in the Program shall terminate when, as, and if the Authority determines to modify or terminate the program.
Program Term. The Program shall commence forthwith upon the date first noted above and shall terminate on February 1, 2002, unless extended by a written agreement between the parties hereto.
