Program Staffing. To promote public safety and offender accountability, staffing must be adequate to meet safety and program needs and shall be established in agreement with State. Contractor shall ensure that all staff providing services under the Contract comply with the State of Montana prevailing ethical and professional standards and statutes and the State’s rules, policies, procedures, and regulations.
