Common use of Program Staff Clause in Contracts

Program Staff. Host sites who seek to use personnel time as a source of match must comply with all required National Service Criminal History Checks (NSCHC) according to the Corporation for National and Community Service’s policy and regulations. The host site understands that they must submit to the applicable state and/or federal background check forms, as assigned by, and in accordance with, the [AMERICORPS PROGRAM] background check policy. No match can be counted until the background check has been completed. Individuals that have unsatisfactory background checks will be prohibited from supervising AmeriCorps members.

Program Staff. The host site understands that they must submit to the (1) a signed waiver form, (2) copy of a government issued identification, (3) applicable state and/or federal background check forms, as assigned by, and in accordance with, the [AMERICORPS PROGRAM] Iowa Campus Compact background check policy. No match can be counted until the background check has been completed. Individuals that have unsatisfactory background checks will be prohibited from supervising AmeriCorps members.
