PROGRAM SPECIFICS. A. Students desiring to transfer to UMD under this Agreement will be required by UMD to complete UMD’s standard admission forms/applications and be admitted to UMD. Students will receive equal consideration with other students seeking admission and financial aid. This Agreement does not guarantee Students acceptance and admission to UMD or financial aid.
PROGRAM SPECIFICS. Schedule C" contains the specifics of the Master Officer Program, with the following provisions for years of service:
a) An officer who will complete his/her probationary period at some time during a fiscal year ending June 30th will be eligible to participate during that fiscal year and will receive the appropriate payment in the next following July.
b) An employee whose anniversary date is July 1 shall be assumed to have completed a full year of service on the June 30th immediately prior to that July 1.
PROGRAM SPECIFICS. A. County employees who volunteer their service as Precinct Officers on Election Day, must meet the following conditions:
1. Be a County of Fresno employee in a permanently allocated position;
2. Be a registered voter; and
3. Have the approval of his/her department head.
B. County employees will not be required to use their accumulated leave balances; however, they will be paid their normal salary, including differentials and any other compensation they would have received as if they were reporting for a regular workday. Such duty will be alternatively served in the County Clerk/Registrar of Voter’s Office.
C. In addition to receiving their normal salary/benefits as described above, County employees will receive the same stipend as other community volunteer Precinct Officers in lieu of:
1. Overtime as defined in the Overtime Articles of the above referenced Memorandum of Understanding; and
2. Shift Differential/Shift Premium as defined in the Shift Differential/Shift Premium Articles of the above referenced Memorandum of Understanding for employees who do not receive this differential as part of their regularly scheduled work shift.
