Program Review/Revisions. 1. Committee - Mentor Teachers and Resident Educator Teachers may meet as a group with the resident Educator Teacher Committee prior to the end of each school year to assess and evaluate the program. Recommendations may be submitted in the form of a written report to the Association and the Superintendent/designee not later than May 15. 2. Association/Board - Association and Board representatives may meet to discuss the recommendations prior to the next school year.

Program Review/Revisions. A. Evaluation of the program by mentoring teachers and Entry Year Teachers shall be submitted to a joint review committee prior to the end of each school year to assess and evaluate the program. Recommendations shall be submitted in the form of a written report to the BEA and the Superintendent not later than May 15. B. BEA representatives and District administrative representatives shall meet to discuss the recommendations prior to the next school year. Any changes in the program must be mutually agreed to and reduced to writing by the parties to this Contract and shall constitute an amendment of the applicable provisions of this Contract. C. Evaluation of the Entry Year Coordinator will be the responsibility of the Superintendent's designee.
