Program Requirements. Program Requirements means Title III program requirements found in the Older Americans Act (OAA 42 USC Section 3001-3058), Code of Federal Regulations (45 CFR XIII, 1321); Title 22, California Code of Regulations (CCR), Section 7000 et seq., and Department Program Memoranda. American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) means the law enacted by Congress and signed into law on February 17, 2009 that contains funding for a variety of programs that support Americans during challenging economic times. The law includes funding to support the Title III C Elderly Nutrition Program services including nutritious meals, nutrition education, and other appropriate nutrition services for older Americans in order to maintain health, independence, and quality of life.
