Common use of Program Reporting Clause in Contracts

Program Reporting. MARS has established a calendar-based fiscal year and reporting year (January 1 - December 31). MARS will submit an annual program report by March 31 of the following calendar year to the District Engineer and IRT that consists of: (1) a Statewide ILF Program Report that summarizes Program accounts and activities and (2) a compilation of Mitigation Project Reports that detail activities for all active compensatory mitigation projects and any adaptive management actions conducted on projects in the long-term management phase.
